IMAP server settings

  2. Input your email address and password.
  3. Select the option of ‘Manual setup’ and untick the ‘Automatically Configuration’ option.
  4. Choose ‘IMAP server settings’ and follow these instructions.
  5. Account Type is ‘IMAP.’
  6. The incoming server is mail.twc.com.
  7. The incoming mail server port number is 143.
  8. Choose Security Type as TLS/SSL.
  9. The outgoing server is mail.twc.com
  10. The outgoing mail server port number is 587.
  11. Input ‘None’ in front of Security Type.
  12. Input ‘None’ in front of Insecure Port.
  13. In the email space, input Roadrunner email id.
  14. Uncheck or untick the option of ‘Secure server.’
  15. Uncheck or untick the option of ‘Verified certificate.’
  16. Type in your entire Roadrunner password and email and hit ‘Next.’
  17. Now, provide the account name that you wish to appear on your system’s screen. 
  18. Tap ‘Done.’ 

POP server settings

POP server settings are also easy to configure. Follow these pointers.

  1. Launch the Roadrunner webmail and choose ‘Settings.’
  2. Select ‘POP Settings’ from the manual server settings.
  3. Change the account type to POP. Follow these instructions.
  4. Mail.twc.com is the incoming mail server.
  5. The port type of the incoming server is POP3.
  6. 995 is the port number.
  7. The security type is None.
  8. Mail.twc.com is the outgoing mail server.
  9. 587 is the server port.
  10. Select None as Security type.
  11. Lastly, input your email ID and password for incoming and outgoing usernames. 
  12. Hit ‘Done.’
